"Human — Human (Human being) x Human (dissatisfied) —" is a LINE bot developed specifically to realize "comfortable stay" at train stations. (“Human” means dissatisfaction in Japanese.) It is intended for all people who use Tokyo Station regardless of nationality or age. It elicits and visualizes the user's sensory and potential dissatisfaction.
When users use the waiting room in Tokyo Station, the LINE bot "Human" sends the temperature and sensations they feel in the waiting room. Such information is converted into data as "dissatisfaction" and aggregated to recognize the temperature felt by the users in the waiting room, so that station staff can manage air conditioning and improve environment. “Human” has been created for the waiting rooms on the north and south sides of the Shinkansen platform at Tokyo Station. We used JR East Tokyo Station Map Open Data. Users select the emoji (emoticon) that most closely matches the emotion they have at the time in the LINE bot.
